Same as you, we want to guarantee that Deviant Circle® events are an unforgettable experience. To make this possible is important you know our Terms and Conditions before submitting any application to any of Deviant Circle® events.

I. What to expect IN a DEVIANT CIRCLE EVENT:

By attending any Deviant Circle® event you will enter into a world of art, music and unreal pleasure, where you can explore your deepest sexual fantasies with other like-minded people from our curated circle of members. Get delighted by lust and sensuality while being surrounded by unforgettable artistic and erotic performances. Events normally take place in high end locations such as penthouses of major cities around the world, mansions, private yachts, etc.

Once in... let your biggest fantasy begin! But before... please read carefully:

Deviant Circle® events are private. Only selected members can explore their most intimate sexual fantasies within a safe environment. To guarantee an outstanding experience, we request all attendees to follow our Party Rules & Etiquette.
Attendance at any Deviant Circle® events is voluntary by each member. We reject and do not support any kind of illegal behavior such as prostitution, child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, illegal drugs usage, etc. All members are part of a community in pro to satisfy intimate desires.
All Deviant Circle® events are clothing optional and sexual contact is allowed. The dress code will be communicated before each event.
Deviant Circle® events are limited by their capacity to maintain a high level of privacy, confidentiality, and service.
To attend a Deviant Circle® event you must have a valid membership and purchase a Royal Pass, which is valid as a membership proof and valid ID must be presented at the entrance of the event. By any means you will be allowed to enter an event without having a Royal Pass even if you are an approved member. Entrance to the events will not be sold at the venue, they can only be purchased online through this website.
The event venue and details will be communicated a day before the event to guarantee confidentiality.
Deviant Circle® reserves the right of admission to all private events.
To attend to Deviant Circle® event you must be +21yr old.
All Deviant Circle® events are fully discrete and confidential to preserve the identity of our members.
Royal Pass fee is not refundable unless the event is cancelled by Deviant Circle®. In the event of unexpected cancellation by Deviant Circle®, you will be notified via email or text message. Royal Pass fee will be refunded to the same type of payment used to purchase the pass.
Deviant Circle® is not responsible for the additional fees such as travel tickets, hotel fees or any other fee besides the Royal Pass fee.
Attendees will be responsible for any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, costs and/or expenses incurred inside or outside the event venue. Deviant Circle® has no other responsibility than to organize the logistics of each event. Each individual member attending the event must be responsible for itself and their guests.
Attendees of the events are fully responsible for their interactions with other members before, during and after the event. Especially concerning sexual interaction, health, and safety.
We strongly recommend using protection when interacting with other members. We provide A LOT so no excuse!

II. PARTY RULES & ETIQUETTE:

Confidentiality and discretion are a must. Information of the attendees will not be shared with anyone.
No means no, and yes means Hell Yeah!. Sexual encounters are normal and allowed at Deviant Circle® events, but are optional to the discretion of each individual. If it happens, do it naturally and within common agreement. Don't be a creep, avoid making attendees uncomfortable. If a person refuses to have interaction with you please do not insist and move on.
For others to identify your level of interaction, you can use different color wristbands which can be switched through the event if needed.
Respect all the attendees, staff, and performers. Deviant Circle® events are intended to be a safe environment where people can express themselves without any judgement. The ultimate goal is to have an outstanding unforgettable experience.
Deviant Circle® reserves the right to report anyone exhibiting illegal, antisocial, or disruptive behavior to the local authorities for further investigation.
Members cannot interact sexually with performers and workers.
Harassment, verbal, or physical abuse is illegal and not supported by Deviant Circle®. Anyone incurring into an antisocial behavior will be requested to leave the event immediately and membership will be automatically terminated with no refund of the Royal Pass.
Health and safety is our main priority, so protection is necessary for everyone attending the party. We provide a lot so... no excuse!
Respect the rules of the facility where the event is taking place. Do not damage any private property. Financial and legal consequences may apply.
Each event is a unique experience. You will only be allowed in with the recommended dress code. No exceptions.
Our security personnel will be constantly monitoring the event to make sure you feel safe. Feel free to reach out to them if you feel unsafe..
Drugs and illegal substances are NOT allowed in any Deviant Circle® event. If any of the attendees get intoxicated they will be expelled from the event with no refund of the Royal Pass fee and membership cancelation may apply depending on the case.
Smoking is allowed in certain areas depending on the venue. Please check each event information for additional information.
No weapons are allowed at any of the Deviant Circle® events.
If you understand this, you are more than welcome to have fun, life is only one!

III. APPLICATION

Application process: Submit application --> Get approved --> Create your profile --> Buy a Royal Pass for any of our future events.
All attendees to Deviant Circle® events must apply through our website to get pre-approved into the circle. No attendees will be allowed in without a membership. Applications have no cost and by applying you acknowledge that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions.
Applications are fully confidential and strictly reviewed by our Selection Council before being accepted or rejected. A member of Deviant Circle® may contact you directly as part of the application process.
Being accepted gives you access to the 1st Circle Membership, with it you will be able to create your website profile. This is the starting point of a world full of privileges. With the 1st Circle Membership you become part of the Deviant Circle® royalty meaning you are welcome to attend any of our events by obtaining a Royal Pass (individual entry to each event). With this membership you are also eligible to apply for enhanced memberships which will give you a full-access to all Deviant Circle® experiences around the world besides private upgraded events only made for VIP members. (see Memberships section inside your profile).
Do not share your Royal Pass with anyone, Royal Passes are not transferable. This is a personal self (or couple) identifier to guarantee the entrance to the event.
By applying you are accepting that you are +21 years old.
About the application:
1. Once approved, do not create a profile on behalf of anyone else besides yourself. You must use the same email address that was used when submitting the application otherwise the account will be deleted.
2. All the information provided to Deviant Circle® must be real in order to do the correct scanning.
3. Spam or suspicious applications will be eliminated immediately without requesting additional information.
4. Users are eligible to terminate their membership at any time by emailing: info@deviantcircle.com.
5. Deviant Circle® reserves the right to cancel, deny or terminate any existing membership at any time.
6. Deviant Circle® do not deny membership applications based on: gender, race, ethnicity, disabilities, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, sexual preference, occupation or any other social classification.
7. When submitting the membership application you will be requested to provide basic information for screening purposes. The information provided is 100% confidential.
8. If you add a couple into your membership profile you must submit similar information for your couple under the same application.
9. When submitting a membership application you are accepting all the Terms and Conditions in this section.
Each application will be carefully handled with extreme confidentiality. No membership information is shared outside Deviant Circle®.

IV. Use of Media:

To respect confidentiality of the attendees, recording devices are strictly prohibited in all Deviant Circle event. This includes: Cameras, phones, GoPros, microphones, tape recorders, and more. The use of these devices will have legal consequences. There are secure lockers or closets at the venue to keep your belongings in a safe place while you enjoy the event.
The management and security employees at the event reserve the right to confiscate any camera, phone or recording device and delete any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken at any Deviant Circle® event.
In each location there will be an area where mobiles are allowed to be stored and used. Please avoid bringing them into restricted areas.
To maintain the confidentiality of the events, you are not allowed to post on any website or social media any information related to a Deviant Circle® event. This can have legal consequences.
All material or media use related to Deviant Circle® must be approved by the management.
Deviant Circle® cannot be advertised anywhere except on Deviant Circle website or social media channels.
Some of our events may be documented with previous announcement and arrangement of specific members willing to participate in our media.

V. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions have been interpreted in accordance with the United States law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts. Violating any of the Terms and Conditions above may have legal consequences. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age.
